Exciting opportunity to be key participants in the launch of a new  Quality Static Caravan Park .  Scottish Borders. 

Proactive hands on Wardens  To implement company processes and procedures for Sales, Reception, Customer services,  Groundcare caretaking and cleaning functions.  

Maintenance and operations, OTE £20k

Hands on role for general park and customer maintenance.  As part of a Ground care team, reporting to the grounds and operations managers,  maintaining site grounds and infrastructure – to ensure high standards in grass cutting, strimming, shrub maintenance, hard and soft landscaping are consistently achieved throughout the year. 

Reporting to the maintenance manager, to appraise  and carry out repairs for Hire fleet, Caravan Owners and on the Park Infrastructure

Assist with holiday arrivals and departures for Hire fleet caravans, Pods with Hot tubs,  Touring and camping. The Siting and commissioning static caravans. 

To assist in reception where necessary.

Overnight Wardens duties for late arrivals and emergencies.

DIY competent, mechanical machinery skills advantageous


Reception, cleaning and occasional sales. OTE £20k

To assist with Static Caravan Sales and Pitch rentals.   

Meet and greet, visitors and self-catering customers.  developing and maintaining good relationships with clients: sales prospects, Owners, holiday rental, touring and camping visitors. 

Identify, capture and manage sales leads on site, online, from telephone enquiries, to target and engage with potential new customers so as to convert to viewing appointments. 


The Ideal Candidates . 

The successful applicant will be consistent performers with positive and willing attitudes and ideally a minimum of two years direct experience in hospitality & customer service.

Friendly and approachable and customer focused at all times.

Able to demonstrate:- A keen eye for detail,  excellent communication skills.  IT literate.  A confident and determined approach. A flair and ability for Negotiation, Technical Sales and Sales Management To be hands on, be trades / DIY competent 

Resilience – and the ability to cope with rejection. 

Self-motivated To be driven by the opportunity to meet many people in the process of gaining conversions

A clean driving licence.

In addition to the standard duties you will be on call for a minimum of five evenings per week for any emergency situations. 

The Holiday entitlement is twenty eight days in a complete holiday year (January to December)  Salary commensurate with experience.
