Q: How can I view my booking or pay my balance? A: Yes, you can easily manage your booking online. Use our secure portal to view your details and pay any outstanding balances. Login to our secure booking portal
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times? A:
- Self-Catering (Caravans & Pods): Check-in is from 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. An early check in or later check out can be booked in advance of your stay for £35 each. Please contact reception at least 48 hours before your arrival date to arrange this.
- Touring & Camping Pitches: Check-in is from 1:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:30 AM. If you’d like a later check-out, please enquire at reception on the morning of your departure and we will do our best to accommodate.
Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give us as much notice as possible. Bookings cancelled within 4 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for bad weather, late arrivals, or early departures. For full peace of mind, we recommend you take out personal holiday insurance.
Q: Do you offer short breaks? A: Yes, we offer a range of short breaks in our self-catering holiday homes and glamping pods. Please check our booking portal for availability.
Q: What types of holiday accommodation do you offer? A: We have a wide range of options to suit everyone! This includes a fleet of modern static caravans for hire, luxury glamping pods, spacious grass pitches for tents, and dedicated pitches for touring caravans and motorhomes.
Q: Are the touring pitches serviced? A: Our touring and motorhome pitches include electric hook-ups. For full details on the amenities at each pitch, please check our Touring page or call reception for more information.
Q: Do you accept long-stay touring caravans? A: We have limited availability for seasonal or long-stay touring. Please contact our reception team directly to discuss your requirements.
Q: Are the showers and toilets heated? A: Yes! Our modern, architect-designed amenity block is fully heated and features free hot showers, toilets, and a dishwashing area.
Q: Do you have a laundrette? A: Yes, we have a coin-operated laundrette with a washing machine and dryer. Change is available at reception if needed.
Q: Can we have a BBQ? A: Yes, you are welcome to have a BBQ. For safety, they must be raised off the ground on legs and must not be placed on any decking. Please note that disposable BBQs are not permitted.
Q: Do you have WiFi and EV Charging? A: Yes, WiFi is available across the park. We also have two 22KW Electric Vehicle (EV) charge points for guest use. You can find more details on our Facilities page.
Q: Is the park dog-friendly? A: Absolutely! We love welcoming well-behaved pets. We offer a selection of pet-friendly self-catering units (£25 per pet, per stay) and welcome pets on our touring and camping pitches (£2 per pet, per night). Please add your pet to your booking so we can assign you the correct accommodation.
Q: Is there a dog walk on-site? A: The park offers direct access to numerous fantastic footpaths along the scenic River Tweed and beyond, perfect for dog walking.
Q: Is there a pub or shop on the park? A: We don’t have a pub or shop on-site, which helps maintain our park’s peaceful atmosphere. However, the charming town centre of Coldstream is just a short walk away, offering a fantastic range of traditional pubs, restaurants, takeaways, and shops.
Q: How do you get to the town centre? A: It’s an easy and pleasant walk from the park. You can take the main road, which has footpaths, or enjoy a more scenic route following the footpaths along the River Tweed right into town.
Q: Do you offer part-exchange or buy-back options for holiday homes? A: Yes, we are always happy to provide a quote for part-exchange. We also have a buy-back scheme to help you secure your investment. Please contact our sales team for more information.
Q: Can I rent out my static caravan? A: Yes, we offer a fully managed sublet service to help you earn an income from your holiday home. Please speak to our reception team for details on fees and potential returns. Please note that private renting outside of our agency agreement is not permitted.Q: Is there an age limit for static caravans on the park? A: Our holiday homes are sold with a 25-year licence agreement from New.
Q: Can I live on the park all year round? A: No, the park is for holiday use only and cannot be used as a permanent residence.
