Owner

As owner of Coldstream Holiday Park, the most important part of my job is to make sure that everything runs as smoothly as possible and to ensure that all of our guests have a wonderful experience every time they come to stay with us. Of course, this wouldn’t be possible without the help of our incredibly hard-working team.

As someone who has over 25 years of experience… I look forward to meeting you in person in our special part of the world very soon.

Meet Yvonne

Operations & Facilities Manager

With over 30 years of experience working in holiday parks across the North East, Yvonne is our fantastic Operations and Facilities Manager. She works tirelessly behind the scenes and with our guests to ensure the park is running beautifully and everyone has what they need for a perfect stay.

• Top Tip for Visitors: Take a trip on the Heatherslaw Light Railway and visit the charming Etal Tea Rooms.
• When I’m not working, you’ll find me: Walking my two dogs or going on day trips with family and friends.

Meet Paul, our Holiday Home Sales Manager. With an expert’s knowledge of buying and selling static caravans and lodges, Paul is here to guide you through every step of the ownership journey. He specialises in tailoring the perfect package to help you begin your unforgettable new lifestyle at Coldstream Holiday Park.

While you’ve met our managers, the heart of our park lies in our wider team—a fantastic squad of friendly and approachable professionals. From the warm welcome you’ll receive from our Reception staff, to the beautiful surroundings cared for by our Grounds & Maintenance crew, and the sparkling clean accommodation prepared by our Housekeeping team, everyone here strives to deliver the best experience for our owners and holidaymakers.
