Now, when you log into your account on our website, you can edit your upcoming stay with just a few clicks. You can:
Extend Your Stay: Easily add an extra night onto the beginning or end of your trip (subject to availability, of course!).
Bring More Guests: Decided to make it a family affair? You can now add additional guests to your booking instantly.
Add Holiday Extras: Upgrade your stay by adding those little extras—like firewood bundles, early check-in, or holiday essentials—whenever you think of them.
It’s incredibly simple. Once you’ve booked, just head to our website, log into your guest portal, and click “Manage Booking.” You’ll be able to make changes right up until 2 before your arrival. If you need to make changes after this period please call our reception on 01890 234955 and our team will assist.
