Once you’ve accepted our part exchange price, the final steps are straightforward. You simply need to inform your current park and settle any outstanding bills with them, and we handle the rest. From there, you join our simple and transparent purchase journey.
Making It Official: The great news is that your holiday home part exchange acts as your deposit, making the process even simpler. We’ll guide you through the clear and simple paperwork, including your official Sales Agreement and the BH&HPA Licence Agreement which secures your tenure on the park.
