Welcome to our Trade and Off Site sales page. We supply quality ex-park, trade-in, and surplus static caravan inventory directly to park operators, trade dealers, landowners, and customers looking to purchase a caravan to move to another park.

All units on this page are offered for off-site purchase at prices shown below. Whether you are sourcing stock for your own park, arranging self-build/worker accommodation, or relocating a caravan to a pitch on another holiday park, our inventory is prepped and ready for transport.

• Caravan-Only Sales: Prices reflect the unit only and do not include pitch rights on our park, hot tubs or decking. If you are interested in owning a caravan at Coldstream Holiday Park, contact Sharon on 01890 234955 option 2 for more information.

• Ready for Transport: Units are fully disconnected from park services and prepped for low-loader transport.

• Logistics & Collection: Buyers are responsible for arranging haulage and checking their destination park’s entry criteria (e.g., age limits or size restrictions). Cleared funds are required prior to transport loading.

• Viewings: On-site trade viewings are welcomed strictly by appointment.
