Embark on a journey through the estate’s diverse landscapes with a choice of well-marked walks, including Crooks Walk, Lake Walk, Riverside Walk and the Dunglass Walk. A visit to the Hirsel from Coldstream Holiday Park is a fine and rewarding experience.
All of the way marked walks begin at the Hirsel Homestead, here you will find a pay & display carpark £2.5o, the Homestead Farm Shop & Cafe, Museums and Craft Shops.
A pleasant 1 mile loop around the Hirsel Lake, the walk offers great views across the lake a chance to see the Highland Cattle and if your lucky you might even spot an Otter.
Crooks walk is access friendly, sticking to the estate roads and is the ideal route for seeing the Highland Cattle and Hirsel House.
The Riverside walk winds along the banks of the Leet Water and through the fairways of the Hirsel Golf Course
The Dunglass walk is a brilliant extension to the Crooks Walk which heads north toward the Dunglass Birdge, from here you head south along the banks of the Leet Water to join the return leg of the Riverside walk back to the Homestead.
